At CORE Health, our model combines the best of traditional primary care with the advantages of concierge medicine.

Just like any other primary care office, we bill your insurance for covered services such as office visits, medical exams, labs, and diagnostic testing. We accept most major PPO plans and some HMO plans , so this process is familiar and straightforward.

Where we’re different is in how we deliver care. To become a patient, you’ll join through an annual membership fee. This membership provides:

  • Direct physician access — including your doctor’s personal cell phone number.
  • Longer, unrushed appointments that allow for deeper conversations about your health.
  • Same-day or next-day scheduling for when you need to be seen quickly.
  • A dedicated concierge care coordinator to arrange referrals, testing, and specialist consultations.
  • Truly personalized, proactive care for you and your family.

In short, the membership fee isn’t for your medical care itself—that still runs through your insurance. Instead, it gives you access to an elevated level of service, convenience, and personal attention that goes beyond the limitations of a traditional primary care office.

The membership fee is a separate, annual charge that unlocks our concierge services.

Core Health was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. We serve patients throughout the greater Miami area and South Florida. Our medical office is conveniently located in Coconut Grove, just minutes from Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and South Beach. We are committed to providing the highest quality primary care and would be delighted to welcome you to the Core Health family.

While insurances do not cover the membership fee, we will bill your insurance for basic labs, additional appointments etc.

We accept FSA/HSA cards to cover our membership fees. You might need to submit itemized receipts for reimbursement to your FSA/HSA provider.

No, but we accept all major PPO and some HMO plans.
